Hi friends!
Welcome back to the blog. We're back with another AEG first impression and in this one, we will be looking at the Specna Arms SA-X-02 from our friends over at HC2 Airsoft.
The X-02 from Specna Arms is an airsoft SMG that boasts a full-metal construction. It’s compact, lightweight and easy to manipulate making it perfect for CQB games.
Externally the Specna Arms SA-X-02 is finished with a Multi-ported compensator on a 14mm CCW Male threaded outer barrel. Following on, it has an officially licensed Strike Industries M-LOK Handguard finished with a SA Aluminium foregrip. On the receiver, we have a 20mm Picatinny rail, an extended charging handle, an ergonomic pistol grip and an enlarged trigger guard. At the back of this replica, we have a 4-position PDW-style stock.
Internal Specs:
6.03mm Tightbore inner barrel
Rotary adjustable HOP-up unit
Gate ASTER MOSFET
High torque motor
Programmable fire controls
Gate Solar trigger
SA ORION™ V2 gearbox
Range test: During our range test it averaged around 302FPS, which is perfect for any airsoft site in the UK! Out of the box, this is a great AEG to shoot. As you can see from the video below, this AEG was consistent and shot straight as an arrow.
In the box, you get the Specna Arms SA-X02 EDGE 2.0™ AR-9 SMG w/Gate ASTER MOSFET, a 120rnd two of the S-MAG Md cap magazines, a Deans to mini-Tamiya battery adapter and the all-important user manual. From HC2 Airsoft, it retails for £339.99.
